The pricing page on siteconnect.io has no rate card. It is a form, and the page says pricing plans will be emailed to you. Budget comparison starts with a request to them.
$30 a month for an office, $50 a month for a worksite, and $10 a month for each site after that. No per user charges and no per scan costs. Three sites reads as $70 a month.
A published rate can be checked against a budget before anyone books a call. A quoted rate is set against what the seller learns about the business first.
SiteConnect publishes a forms and inspections builder and a template library that is ready to use on day one. SiteKey handles asset management as a build for your tenancy, quoted on request.

It depends on what is being replaced. SiteKey covers who is on site, contractor pre-qualification, and the records that come out of sign in. SiteKey also does site specific safety plans and a JSA library, and asset management is built for your tenancy on request. A business that wants an audit programme and a broad self service forms library is looking at a wider platform.
