SiteKey features for operational sites
Each feature is designed around access control on warehouse, logistics, manufacturing and office sites.
QR pass check-in
Staff and contractors get a personal QR pass. One scan at the kiosk checks them in and another checks them out. They do not need an app or a login.
Training compliance gate
Link to your training platform and SiteKey automatically blocks site entry for anyone whose induction has expired or was never completed.
Visitor management
Walk-in visitors self-register at the kiosk, complete a site induction and sign out when they leave. An administrator does not need to be involved.
Live evacuation list
Your admin dashboard shows who is on site right now. In an emergency, one tap brings up the full evacuation roll.
Contractor pre-registration
Contractors register and complete required training online before they arrive. On the day they scan in, with no paper forms to fill in.
Automatic sign-out
SiteKey automatically signs out anyone still showing as on site at the end of the day.
Incident & near miss reporting
Crew report incidents, accidents and near misses from their phone at the scene, with photos. You assign actions and close them out.
H&S site walk records
Record findings, photos and assigned actions during a safety walk.
Toolbox talk records
Log the talk, topic and attendance in seconds, with attendance drawn from sign-in. Issues raised become assigned actions.
JSA library
Your job safety analyses are kept in a library. Workers view them at sign-in on their own phone, and SiteKey records their acknowledgement.
GPS geofencing
An admin can turn on a virtual boundary around a site. SiteKey then confirms that people are at the gate when they sign in. The on-site list and evacuation roll are built from those sign-ins.
Multiple sites
You can run one site or twenty. Each site has its own QR signs, geofence and on-site list, and a central view covers all of them.
