These are Site App Pro's own figures from their pricing page, in New Zealand dollars per month, excluding GST, as their page states. Paying annually takes 10 per cent off every tier. The with contractors column is their separate set of plans that includes subcontractor management.

The company's employee count picks the tier. Sites do not enter into it, so one site and twenty sites cost the same.
$50 a month for the first worksite, $30 for an office, $10 a month for each site after that, excluding GST. Headcount does not enter into it.
A small crew across many sites pays less on SiteKey. A large payroll on a single site pays less per site on Site App Pro and gets a much wider platform for it.

Site App Pro figures are their published monthly rate excluding GST, paid monthly. SiteKey figures are $50 a month for the first worksite and $10 a month for each site after that, excluding GST. A business with more staff moves up Site App Pro's bands and stays still on SiteKey. A business with more sites does the reverse.
